1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) was prepared by A5 Solutions Serviços e Comércio em Telecomunicações Ltda. (“A5”) to make public our practices and our commitment to your privacy and security, ensuring transparency in the processing of your information (“Data”).

We value full compliance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and, in our Policy, we will address the following points: (i) how we collect and process the Data that you (“User”) inform us when, for example, applying for a job vacancy, oƯering your services or performing any interaction with us (“Services”), whether you are our customer, employee, partner or not, and also when you use our service channels (“Service”) (ii) how we collect and process the Data we receive from the companies that hire our software and services (“Customer”).
1.3. The information we collect and that is subject to the terms of this Policy is that which can directly or indirectly identify you, including location or browsing data (“Cookies”) that are used exclusively to oƯer You a better experience when browsing our website.
1.4. Information that does not identify you is considered anonymous information and is not subject to the terms of this Policy.
1.5. We may also share your information with third parties (“Partners”) that we hire to provide you with better services, such as the company that provides us with the talent management platform, marketing companies to host an event to which you will be invited. But always before hiring, we make sure that these Partners adhere to our Policy and the LGPD. Therefore, by interacting with us, in the event of Data collection, you agree to declare that you are aware of and accept the provisions of this Policy.
2. DATA COLLECTED BY A5
2.1. We, at A5, may collect, depending on the type of interaction we have with you, Personal Data of the User, such as name, surname, e-mail, CPF, date of birth, address, profession, company in which they work or have worked and information related to them, positions, place of birth, bank details, etc., always for the specific purposes for which they were requested. For example, if it is an interaction for you to apply for a job opportunity, we will use the Data collected specifically for this purpose. In this example, this Data is collected at the time you register in our tool or send us, by any means, your resume
containing the Data.
2.2. Another form of data collection is while you browse our website. At this time, we collect data such as IP address, location, technical data of the device used, and content with which you have interacted. This information is collected through cookies and other equivalent technologies (pixels, pixel tags, web beacons).
3. PROCESSING OF DATA COLLECTED BY A5
3.1. The Data collected is always stored in a safe place, and is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was informed under the terms of item V of article 7 of the LGPD. 3.2. We do not use your Data for purposes other than those for which it was collected, we do not sell the Data and we do not cross-check information or enrichment.
4. DATA RECEIVED FROM OUR CUSTOMERS
4.1 We at A5 may receive from our Customers (as processors) Data collected from the interactions you have had with these Customers. The reception of this data is through the use, by our customers, of our Software and Services.
4.2. Depending on the type of interaction you had with our Customers, the User’s Personal Data, such as name, surname, e-mail, CPF, date of birth, address, profession, company in which you work, place of birth, bank details, payment information, investments or financial investments or any other information you have shared with them, may be collected by the Customer and shared with A5.
4.3. We remind you that our Customers have informed you about this sharing and the rules to which they are subject, however, even so, A5 always certifies, upon receiving this Data, that it is and will be used for the specific purposes for which it was requested. For example, if it is an interaction for you to receive a service from A5 Customers, we will use the Data collected specifically for this purpose. In this example, this Data is collected at the time of its registration with the Customer (a store or a bank, for example) who uses an A5 tool to perform the service to its customers so that, when performing these services through an A5 Software, the data will be sent to us, by any means.
5. PROCESSING OF DATA RECEIVED BY A5
5.1 The Data collected is always stored in a secure place, and is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was informed under the terms of item V of article 7 of the LGPD, that is, so that it is possible to provide the services for which A5 was contracted.
5.2. We do not use your Data for purposes other than those for which it was collected, we do not sell the Data received from Customers and we do not cross-check information or enrichment.
5.3. For storage purposes and so that our Customers can provide you with quality service, A5 resells services provided by other companies (“Suppliers”), such as data storage services, service channel integration services (Instant Messaging Providers, Social Networks, Telephone, E-mail, etc.), which are: Amazon Web Services (Storage and Processing) Nice (Communication and Integration Tools and Hand Management). 5.5. More details about the companies listed above, about the functionalities and purposes of their software and how they treat your Data can be requested directly from the company that collected your data (A5 Customers) or through the A5 channels below.
6. RESPECTING YOUR RIGHTS

6.2. Through this agreement, you may exercise all your rights, such as verifying if and how your information is used, requesting access to it, changing it, requesting its deletion from our databases, among others.
6.3. It is important for you to know that, eventually, the change or elimination of some information may cause the interruption of a selection process, for example, hiring or sending marketing communications.
6.4. It is also your right to revoke your consent to send messages to your registered email address.
6.5. In relation to the Data received from our Clients, we can provide you with all the information we have access to, and guide you to make the requests you need from our Clients.
